Temperature accuracy is essential to grill different foods properly and offer your guests the correct desired doneness of meats, fish and poultry, which is where the integrated precision temperature gauge comes in. Either way, the cast iron grate distributes heat evenly and efficiently so you can grill your food in a uniform manner with no hot or cold spots.
Integrated temperature gauge.

When docked in the optional Cuisinart Folding Grill Stand, the grill becomes an efficient, economical everyday grill that will handle all your grilling needs. It's designed to take 14.1- and 16.4-ounce bottled liquid propane (LP) gas canisters, but by adding the optional Cuisinart 4-foot LP Adaptor Hose and purchasing a 20-pound LP tank, you can grill longer and more efficiently without needing to constantly change fuel canisters.

Weber Q Series Portable Gas Grill
Ready, Set, On the Go
Now you can have all the fresh, grilled flavors you love anytime, anywhere with Weber's convenient, portable gas grill. Choose from simple and compact to ultra-convenient and loaded with features.
Weber's Original Gas Grilling System
Notice how sturdy the shroud feels as it opens smoothly on its hinges? See how the burners roar to life on the very first try? Delighted by how simple it is to achieve a mouthwatering meal every time? It's no accident. Weber spends countless hours perfecting the grilling systems on its gas grills, assuring easy assembly, an evenly heated cooking surface, and precision controls so you can tone things down or up to the perfect heat level for direct or indirect cooking.
Cookbox and Shroud
The cookbox houses the components of the cooking system: cooking grates, burner tubes, and the grease management system.
Made of cast aluminum, Weber's gas-grill cookboxes are durable, efficient, require minimal care and maintenance, and can withstand the heat needed to grill at any temperature. In addition, the shape of the cookbox, when combined with the shroud, allows for the proper circulation of heat around food for even cooking whether you're using direct or indirect heat.
Weber gas-grill cooking grates come in three exceptional materials: porcelain-enameled steel, stainless steel, and porcelain-enameled cast iron. Each type retains heat evenly and sears food beautifully. Porcelain-enameled steel cooking grates are durable and easy to clean. Stainless steel rod cooking grates make lovely sear marks, hold heat very well, and clean up with ease. Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates combine the ease of porcelain-enameled with the superior heat retention of cast-iron.
Weber's burners are made of high-grade stainless steel, which will stand up to the small amounts of water found in liquid propane and natural gas. The burner tubes are made of a singular piece of steel with no welds, making them stronger and more resistant to rust and burn-through. Weber gas-grill burner tubes can be cleaned easily by gently brushing with a Weber stainless-steel grill brush.
The burners are spaced to provide heat across the entire cooking grate. The burner valve has infinite control settings, so you can fine-tune the heat levels.
When juices drip off the meat, they funnel down into the grease management system. The grease management system consists of an angled grease tray and catch pan. The grease tray rests beneath the cookbox a safe distance from the burner tubes to prevent the grease from catching fire. Grease is channeled down the grease tray and into the catch pan. Both the grease tray and catch pan are easy to clean. The tray easily slides out of the cabinet for cleaning, and when the catch pan starts to fill, simply remove the disposable drip pan, toss it in the trash, and replace it with an empty pan.
The Q 320 Portable Gas Grill
As part of the Weber Q series, the Q 320 full-size portable gas grill provides a 393-square-inch cooking area, an impressive 21,700-BTU per-hour input, and two stainless-steel burners for fast heating, as well as an electronic ignition system and an adjustable burner valve for just the right amount of heat. The grill also comes with porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, a removable drip pan, a built-in lid thermometer, a Grill Out handle light, and two removable folding work tables with tool hooks. The grill uses a 20-pound LP tank (sold separately). Made with a cast-aluminum lid and body with a glass-reinforced nylon frame and a titanium-color painted finish, the grill measures 30 inches long by 50-1/5 inches wide by 55-1/2 inches high and carries a five-year limited warranty.

Besides grilling burgers, the Coleman party grill is also great for boiling: simply remove the nonstick grill and place your pot of water (or soup or veggies) on the grate to boil. Then replace the grill to prepare burgers, chicken, or even salmon. A small section of the grill is solid and flat for use as a griddle: cook morning eggs or thin slices of meat such as bacon or fish. The cooking speed is greatest in the center of the grill and slower toward the edges.
Detailed instructions are included, but the whole grill can be assembled in less than 10 minutes, and no tools are required. Connecting the propane cylinder (sold separately) is simple: remove the plastic cap from the top of the cylinder, and screw the cylinder into the regulator. To prepare a feast, fill the steel bowl with water, open the burner valve, push a button, and a small spark will ignite the burner. Adjust the button for desired heat. Every part of the Coleman party grill is dishwasher-safe except the burner assembly, and a blue plastic lid can be used to steady your grill on soft surfaces like sand and also protects your grill while on the road. Our only suggestion is this: once you get the grill in place, leave it there--the removable legs can fall out if you're moving the grill from place to place. Limited warranty. --Rhonda Langdon

The All-In-One is the most versatile outdoor cooking system ever offered. It's modular design enables the All-In-One to be used as an LP gas grill, LP gas water smoker, charcoal grill, charcoal water smoker, or gas cooker/fryer with 170,000 BTU adjustable high/low burner. The body features two chrome plated steel cooking grills for a 50 pound cooking capacity. A heat indicator in the lid eliminates guesswork and the wooden handles stay cool to the touch. Also includes a drip pan/ash guard, porcelain enamel water pan, lava rocks, and gas hose and regulator. Propane tank and pot not included.
Designed for the highly versatile outdoor chef, the Brinkmann All-in-One cooker delivers five distinct uses in one minimally bulky unit. By removing or rearranging the All-in-One's separate components, you can fry, grill, or smoke with gas, or grill or smoke with charcoal. Constructed with an all-welded frame, the unit features a raised rim for extra stability and sturdy U-shaped legs. Switching between cooking methods is simple and straightforward. For gas frying, the cooker uses the standalone base with a flat pan, a stable enough construction to hold the large pots used to cook turkeys and lobster. For gas grilling, it features a vented, aluminized base pan that holds the included lava rocks securely above the LP gas burner. Replace the lava rocks with charcoal, and voila, you now have a charcoal grill. In its charcoal grill configuration, the All-in-One can be removed from its standing legs for camping, tailgate parties, or picnics. As a smoker, powered by charcoal or by gas, the cooker uses two racks to hold up to 50 pounds of food and a water/marinade pan to generate steam.
An integral part of the All-in-One's versatility, the dome lid fits every configuration and includes a simple heat indicator to cut down on guesswork. Its rounded shape also forces the circulation of heat, smoke, and steam, so food cooks evenly without the necessity of basting or turning. Both the chrome-plated steel grills and the porcelain enamel water pan on this model clean up easily, and the wooden handles stay cool. Brinkmann aluminizes the base pan to prevent rusting and equips the hose with an adjustable regulator for precise flame control. The unit also includes a rust-resistant drip pan to catch ash, embers, and grease. Assembly is required. --Emily Bedard
