Product Description
Considered a very hardy conifer, the Juniper is a non-flowering tree that makes a great choice for bonsai because of it is so easy to prune and train. Originating from China, it is one of the most popular types of bonsai trees and is a firm favorite of many bonsai enthusiasts. The Juniper is a low growing plant, producing lush greenery and small, firm, silvery blue berries atop interesting bark that adapts well to several creative forms of Bonsai bark manipulation. This type of tree offers the choice of being able to grow it indoors or outdoors. Its compact foliage makes it one of the best candidates to become a Bonsai. Junipers grow slowly and are very long-lived. This Juniper will grow with outstanding beauty, remaining green throughout the year.
Each live plant is shipped with the Phytosanitary Certificate as required by the USDA.

I've had some yellowing and loss of a few leaves, but nothing extreme. I've had this bonsai for about 1.5 months now and it still seems to be doing well. It didn't come as thick as I'd have liked, but still a wonderful addition.

I've had some yellowing and loss of a few leaves, but nothing extreme. I've had this bonsai for about 1.5 months now and it still seems to be doing well. It didn't come as thick as I'd have liked, but still a wonderful addition.
Of course, I was terrified and got in contact with many other tree owners through forums and shared pictures and thoughts back and forth. We all agreed that the tree must be sick in some way- be it soil of fungus base we were unable to tell. So in a risky and fear driven state for my tree, I did what I was instructed by friends and trimmed away all the blackening parts to stop the spread. This only left about ten left near the top of the tree alive. It is now making an ever slow and careful recovery but Sadly I don't think it will ever look quite the same.
The real problem, however, is with the company, you see the day my tree started to brown I tried to get ahold of them on Amazon- which is sadly not an option. Thus with some searching, I found their base website and contacted them to ask what I should do and if at the very least they would allow me to return this tree and get another healthier one.
They, of course, did not respond. AT ALL.
So the next day as the leaves turned black I called their company line to now asked for some action to be taken as anyone can agree that blackening leaves is not healthy. The woman who took the call was rude and short with me while I stayed calm and apologized for any misunderstanding I might have with the trees state but that I would like something to be done. The woman then went to blame me and say that I likely let the plant outside in the winter- which while I am in Oregon and can attest to winter this year- for the whole week I had gotten it the snow had been long gone and had been in the 60-70s all week. So frankly I was offended by this.
After that, she told me to send an email to her personal company email so she can look at photos of the tree and then we could talk from there. I still stayed ever kind and allowed the woman to be short with me as I explained that I will send them as soon as I get to a computer after my lunch break at work. With an Email sent to her, I waited. And waited.
Sure enough, it has been over two weeks and they have never responded and now for having this tree for a month, they will not hold up the end of their 30-day policy even though I tried in vain to get in contact with them a meer four-five days after getting the tree.
To say the least I do not support this company and would highly suggest that you try a different or more local source for your trees. Seeing as this company willingly ignored the three different attempts in me trying to fix what is ultimately their fault.
Tree is 17 inches tall from the top of the pot to the top leaf, when it was supposed to be 8-10 inches tall. I’m a little unhappy about that because it doesn’t fit on the plant shelf I had intended to put it on. Very minimal side branches, most foliage is on the top. Not the prettiest bonsai but I can work with it, however I don’t think I can manage to take the size down at all without hardly any side branches
Hawaiian umbrella tree
Beautiful tree!! Came with 3 potted in the 8 inch container. Came 10.5 inches tall in a textured black pot. One photo shows it next to an 8 inch azalea plant in a 6 inch pot.
The instructions warn it can lose 20% of it’s leaves after shipping and I think it might lose just a few but it looks so healthy I’m not worried about it losing too many. I absolutely love this plant, I showed my mother and she immediately purchased one for herself. Would definitely buy again. It’d also make a perfect gift
Azalea- ordered a size small and love it! It arrived in perfect condition. It was the first bonsai I ordered online and helped me trust buying online again! It didn’t bloom this year but hopefully next year it will.
Dawn Redwood- was supposed to come in a 12 inch container and came in a 9 inch container, it was also supposed to be 16-20 inches tall and is only 14” above the container. For an extra large tree I was very disappointed with the size. I even had to re order a humidity tray for it because the one I got for a 12 inch bonsai pot looks ridiculous next to a 9 inch pot. It appears the redwood was cut to the exact height of the box for shipping which is disappointing because it would have been beautiful with the top still attached. For the money I paid I expected and had hoped for better. It also wasn’t wired down to the pot so I needed to put a stake with the tree to straighten it out. The tree will do great from here on out I just hoped for more for the price I spent
