Love my old fashioned pink Princess phone I received. it’s so cute and reminds me of my old phone and convo days from decades ago. The ring is sweet-almost like aEuropean ring, The buttons on the dial are in a circular -so it takes getting used to but it’s adorable and the color is true 70’s pink -love it so far. Comes with the cabled cord and wire that goes from the wall to the phone.

1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer beware — these phones don't work and are a complete waste of money.
Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2024
The first Crosley phone that was sent simply didn't work — there was no dial tone, no sound in the earpiece, and it was unable to even dial a number or make or receive a call.

To the distributor's credit, a replacement phone was eventually sent. That replacement phone had very distorted sound, but it was briefly able to make phone calls — before it died completely a few days later.

Another replacement phone was sent, and it also had very distorted sound, making it hard for callers and listeners alike to hear what each other were saying. That one last about a month before it also stopped working.

Attempts to deal with these issues with the distributor Retrovisions were frustrating; the contact person tended to ignore the actual problems with the phone and instead blamed the distorted sound on the phone line (even though the phone line sound clear when I eventually bought another landline phone from a different company and tested the sound on the line). When I pointed this out in my latest message to this distributor, they didn't even bother to reply.

The distributor Retrovisions' previous comments tended to be snarky, unconcerned and unhelpful, and I guess their plan was to stall long enough so that eventually it was considered too late for me to get a refund, which is what happened.

These mostly plastic Crosley phones look like real phones in the advertisements and Amazon page, but they're not designed to work for than a few weeks — that is, if they even work at all.
