As other reviewers have noted, the telescope is pretty bad optically but that's actually okay; just getting it lined up and looking through it is currently enough to keep our daughter happy with that part. I just hate the "microscope" part.
Two stars because it technically does most of what it says it does - it just does it in an infuriating way.

Cons
It took my kids 3 days to go through all of the slides and facts. Now what? The telescope itself is okay for my 3 year old but not any older.
