Product Description
The unique formulation of these handles absorbs 50% less heat than standard polypropylene handles, remaining cooler to the touch longer. The handles also safely withstand temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). Precision ground stainless steel blades provide the perfect combination of flexibility and stiffness. Use and care instructions: It is not recommended to wash your knife in a dishwasher. The performance of your knife can be diminished if not cared for properly. Please follow these guidelines to maximize the performance of Mercer’s knives: After each use, carefully wash cutlery by hand with warm water and mild- to medium-strength soap; rinse and thoroughly dry it with a soft towel. Cutlery should never be washed in a dishwasher: the intense heat and radical temperature changes may cause the handle to deteriorate; the blade edges will become dull through rubbing against each other; and caustic soap will cause staining and pitting of the blade. Cutlery should not be soaked or submerged for long periods. Chlorine and bleach products discolor and pit stain-free and high-carbon steel. If chlorine or bleach products come in contact with the blade, thoroughly rinse off immediately. Galvanic action—the transfer of electrons from one metal to another—may cause pitting on the blades. To prevent this, avoid long periods of soaking in aluminum pans or a stainless steel sink, remove cutlery from condiments (such as mayonnaise) stored in aluminum or stainless steel pans. Always store cutlery in a cutlery block or sheath to preserve the cutting edges and prevent personal injury.

I got my griddle a year ago, and I went cheap on the spatulas for it. You get what you pay for. Your main, 'imma grab this spatula everytime I cook' needs to be dependable. And long lasting. As you can see for ratings and reviews for this brand and company, these spatulas are rock solid!
I bought the 8-inch ones. One with rounded corners, one with square corners. These both weigh the same, and I should point out that they a SUPER light-weight. This is great for me, but something to keep in mind if you require or are used to a heftier spatula. They are not like a cheap or flimsy lightweight, though.
The lighter weight also means that these will not sit flat on your griddle top. This means when the handles fall down and below your griddle surface, they will get hot if they get near heat. Some sort of heat resistance for the handles would have been a nice touch would be my only complaint for these really.
I hope to get some of the other makes of spatulas and tools soon if they happen to go on sale.
I use this with my cast-iron and stainless/carbon steel pans and pots, but don’t use this on any pans or pots that are coated. I use silicone-coated tongs, or bamboo/wood trivet tongs for grabbing and flipping things in my ceramic coated pans or enameled cast iron (ECI) Dutch ovens/pans.
Very versatile and nimble, I reach for this as much as my steel tongs and bamboo trivet tongs. Gets under delicate items for turning and flipping without causing it to fall apart, which is no wonder why these have been used for delicate, flaky items like fish. Buy this, you’ll use it a lot.
I’m ambidextrous, so picking between a left or right handed spatula was a little tricky for me, just get whichever one you hold your spatula in the most. It really doesn’t make a big difference what hand I hold it in, even though I bought the left-handed spatula the performance is fine in either hand for me..
The edges are beveled making getting under the food much easier. I’ve had no issue handling the turner in high heat. Just a great turner for griddle use.
Obviously you get what you pay for. These Mercer turners aren’t cheap but I can see them lasting a lifetime. I plan to get other variations to complete my griddle tool set. Definitely recommend.
Update: added to my collection and bought the grill scraper. Very sturdy with no flex what so ever. The scraping edge has a nice bevel to it. Not obvious in the product pictures but the scraping edge is not squared, instead it has a slight angle to it. I initially thought the scraper was defective until i searched for pictures online and it appears the angle is purposely made...perhaps it helps to scrape better?

My only regret is that I opted for the short version thinking it would be long enough, but wish I purchased the longer one. The short one still works fine though.
Decent handle, lightweight and excellent quality.
Would highly recommend.
Mercer seems like a really good brand, also have one of their chefs knives which is really good.
Will probably purchase more stuff from this brand as it’s decent quality, esp since they’re NSF certified.
